I don't know this for sure but I have heard Fulcrum died because MS has some sort of its own search engine and doesn't need them. PcDocs is a partner with MS so why would PcDocs want Fulcrum? In the Globe and Mail yesterday the bank has given Fulcrum 1 Month financing so Fulcrum must do something before the end of the month. Mike
