Haven't gotten your OTA Nexus 4.2.2 update yet? Try this (I tried it and it worked on the first try :) How to force your Nexus to get the OTA (For GSM Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 4, Nexus 7 and Nexus 10 only) - Go to Settings >> Apps >> All - Scroll till you see "Google Services Framework" and click it - Clear Data!! then go to about phone >> system updates and check now!! you should repeat this process many times if you don't receive it the first time.
