this will be filibustered Doesn't matter, because that POS monstrosity will be DOA if it ever hits the House. Let's see now... Tax energy producers by many billions of dollars. Energy prices go up as a consequence, as they must. Poor people get hurt the most (doesn't matter, because they're stupid and vote for the Dems who screw them over), resultant funds extorted from energy producers get doled out in a porkfest to various favored and connected "Solyndras", and in the meantime, "climate change" goes on its merry way, not altered one iota by this act of political stupidity...
