Icahn should be charged with manipulation. First he tries to ride the coattails of Loeb to squeeze ackman, which is fine since he needed Loeb to try to save his ass on YHOO. But then to misrepresent his postion by saying he owns 13% and that a taking private buyout is possible is complete manipulation. he bought european style call options, not common stock. he doesn't hold 13% of of shit. I used to think highly of Icahn, now I think he is a total washed up POS, albeit, one with money.

I wish there was a way to short ICAHN, he's an eventual ZERO

It's the little shorts that got squeezed today and Icahn should receive a wells notice for stock manipulation. What a POS he has become. I would bet that Ackman will NEVER again announce how large his short position is if he doesn't have to. he would have been better off to talk about how bad a company HLF is instead of bragging about being short 20 mill shares. I couldn't even get a borrow.......thankfully.

I would also bet Loeb will be out of the stock this week as well, leaving Icahn with a bunch of worthless options. Any opinions Pinky?
