I'll vote now I agree with virtually everything you said. When Ackman came out and put on a presentation it was more than just pumping his position (which I have a problem with but it goes on all the time). He was in a sense trying to get HLF investigated and shut down. That irritated me because there are people dedicated to making money from the brand - just like Avon, Mary Kay, Amway, Tupperware etc etc. I realize not all of these are public but my point still stands. I thought Ackman handled himself with more style and grace on CNBC but I couldn't help but pull for Icahn because I already thought Ackman was a punk for what he did months prior. This has nothing to do with the fact that I've been trying to get Carl to adopt me LOL!!
