My sense is that Jeff Mirkin reads SI given that he spams here. My sense is also that Jeff Mirkin Googles his name to see what is said about him, which would then bring him to this message. It would therefore be instructive for Jeff Mirkin to read the following link about the recent arrest of pump and dump scammers who solicited the services of promoters: Message 28729461.
Note that the very people who doggedly pursued these people and who worked with law enforcement all are longtime members of SI. They know everyone in the industry and they know all about Jeff Mirkin personally. Does Jeff Mirkin really want these folks to start digging into the stocks he promotes and him in particular? Does he understand that his methods of spamming, whether by himself or those he hires, are clear violations of the Can-Spam Act and subject to up to $16K of fines for each violation? I'd say you, Jeff Mirkin, are up to well over $500K by now.
Basically, if I were you, Jeff Mirkin, I'd stop spamming SI now. Seriously. Granted the Spam Patrol folks here appear to enjoy their daily pursuit of Whack-a-Mole, but that's by no means an invitation to continue. Rather, if you like analogies, at some point the cat will tire of playing with the mouse and dispense with it. You really don't want to subject yourself to that, do you Jeff Mirkin?
