I sent that to snopes and they said they would get back to me with a response(at the time they had zero knowledge of the purported email)...Odd that they say "probably" false yet never contacted me about the email or my source after i sent it to them. I think snopes is probably "false" come to think of it. How do they come up with "probably"? i've personally seen way worse abuses of federal programs re: short sales, foreclosures, etc. than that and what I've seen is far worse.
