The LAPD has problems, but think about the above 'request' to CBS and ask yourself if you had been one of the San Bernadino police officers making an attempt to capture Dormer--would you want CBS or even Fox news to be broadcasting live their every move? Self-censorhip or showing on live TV officers being killed by a lunatic being able to see what the police are doing----common sense is that putting a police officer's life on the line is a no-brainer decision--not self-censorship. (IMO))
