FLY. I sold this stock middle of last year. It was held in an ira. Afaik, I'm not now holding any other Irish-domiciled, dividend/distribution-paying stocks. I've not been concerned with the withholding tax. It's the passive foreign investment company (PFIC) tax treatment by USA Feds that I found to be perplexing. flyleasing.com flyleasing.com Fwiw, I'm still holding AER, AYR in the aircraft leasing biz.
