Gee George, you didn't like the poem I posted, or my pagan belief system, but I am still glad that you are here. I do suspect you are tolerant and will allow me to be myself some of the time, when I don't annoy you. I hope you were just blowing off some steam, writing and writing to be SURE you nailed the prize. I am happy you won the 14,000th post award, but I was hoping for a tiny celebration, not mostly a lecture. In any event, most of the people in my actual life are fairly unaware, I am sure, that I am a pagan at all. I have read so many thousands of posts at SI, though, from very judgmental people full of religion not only for themselves but for everyone else, that I think it is appropriate to balance the scales a bit.

You know what I find really presumptuous? When people tell me they are going to pray for me, or say "God bless!" when I sneeze. There are so many assumptions that people are of a certain religious persuasion, or would like to be if they only thought about it more, that I like to speak up once in awhile.

However, I would never ever presume to try to persuade someone else to adapt my religious beliefs. I just want them not to damage me with theirs!!!

Anyway, I am going to go to bed now and be sweet and needy, and see what happens in my dreams.

'Night!!!
