I usually edit metastock explorers by hand. Perl/awk/tcl are all very adept at cleaning up these types of inconsistencies. requires programming though..... Metastocks overall file management is pathetic. Visually stunning but doesn't compare to wow or TC2000 for easy of managing lists of secutities.... Sean
