You are right again. President Bush 43 and President Reagan made the world more secure. Cutting the military makes it less secure.

Of course as a nation we have to ask ourselves if we care if we live in a safe world, or would we prefer to give away more free stuff to deadbeats. If the latter then Obama is a great President, if the former then he is the worst President ever.
