I merely asked you want happened to the donkeys and the other tribute? Were they made into an offering to Yahweh as Noah did when he first parked the ark with every type of animal and fowl he had on the ark? I reminded you of how Solomon was later to slaughter 142 THOUSAND animals in ONE WEEK. So the Scripture says this prey was culled from the herds and given to the High Priest with direct orders to act in his capacity as Priest to offer the donkeys, the women, the cattle, and the sheep as a Tribute to Yahweh in the form of a Heave Offering.
I asked you two main questions:
How did the soldiers determine who was not a virgin and who was? How did they know who to “keep for their own use”.
How did the soldiers know the young girls they butchered were not virgins? I suggested that since the virgins were "prey", "booty", "plunder", "spoils", etc.....that it is pretty obvious they were raped. So why would these butchers be above raping the non-virgins before slicing them to death with their swords? Other than RAPE...how could they have known who was and who was not a virgin?? How, indeed??

The young girls who were kept alive were kept alive because they were virgins! It had nothing to do with how righteous or evil they were--only the fact they were VIRGINS. What did Eleazar do with Yahweh's Heave Offering? If you don't know, just say so!
