Help me out, I'm a little slow. I looked through the thread and did not see an actual price on stock buys. I guess that I could check it via CDA, etc. But I'm lazy. Has anyone actually seen a price, or done the math? I've found that the actual pricing of insider buying is very instructive.

The financials on this company are forbiding. Are these straight at-the-market arms-length buys? Is there any hidden agenda aside from believing in the investment?

I saw the 14A stating that Loewen is pulling an Iacocca. Is this for real?

Finally, I've heard of Cincinnati called a lot of things, but never before: 'no mans land'. What does that statement mean? What I really care about is: why did the office in Covington appear to begin with? - it seems to be in a new development, so I would guess that it was not part of a purchased funeral home empire. Was it a central location? Was the COO originally from there? And most importantly, what is the meaning of office closure? - aside from reducing costs (after a restructuring charge). Does this mean that the COO is out also? Or is that what you mean by 'no mans land' - the music stops and this guy is stuck in Cincinnati. What a bummer!
