In computing earnings of MRVC,
will the interest income
generated from the 90+ Million
dollars Secondary Filing, be
included in the computations
for 4th Q, 97 EPS? If so,
does anyone know if the
EPS Estimates include or
exclude this interest income?

If this is so, at 6 percent
rate, this means about 1 million
dollars of interest income or
a pretax EPS of about 4 cents
a share. Is this correct?
