Francis Collins states clearly why he doesn't subsrcibe to your "God of the Gaps" thesis, those complex multi protein wonders (like the flagellum) can now be seen as an acccumulation bit by bit of earlier proteins that may have had other functions. (Ah, so we have here an emergent reality after all)

You sell your "God" short time after time & belittle him which is why you are dangerous, zero imagination, down on your knees collecting dust & dirt particles on the floor of the church pews , your only feeble little function.
