re:BAC litigation Hi, I'm an old timer that became a bac shareholder through the years by purchasing Shawmut Natl back in 91. Shawmut became Fleet Boston in 95 then merged with bac in 2004. Anyone out there with the same story? Anyway, all of this legal documentation regarding a class action against bac came in the mail last week. Did anyone really take the time to fill it out? I only own 500 shares and if a settlement does happen, the pay out to me will be pennies I'm sure... thanks, temco
