Hey there, it's been awhile...just checking in on Lytton. Seems like a fantastic short. They will NEVER develop any of their property and at $200 mil market cap (109 million shares issued) we are talking major fantasyland here.

Another thing to notice is this proposed amalgamation with New Indigo. Do I see a share rollback being contemplated, like the trick (since it's "New" Indigo I guess that means they have rolled back too...maybe they can call it New New Consolidated New Lytton New Consolidated Indigo) pulled by PUG & Cayo???

Lytton is headed to pennies however you slice it. Just look around, Southernera is valued at $250 million, and what are they going to earn, $4-5 a share next year?

Also, they have a new CEO, and Desmond Alexander is 'deputy chairman'??? What's up with that?

Ciao for now!
