Delay caused by delay in release of Win98 as I understood it. I guess Win98 due out next Spring?

As I recall this was one of the negatives. Others were softening in notebook sales indicated by OEMs, although SYSF has yet to see a slowdown in their orders, and low revenue growth. Did say that 3 orders (2 SystemWizard, 1 BIOS) came in couple weeks after quarter close that they expected for quarter = totaled 1M and would have made the quarter @ $.06.

Positives were Dell, new products extremely well received at Comdex, NT products next year, growth of sub$1000 PC market plays right into their hands, SystemWizard is slightly earnings positive, and new COO and marketing personnal.

General tone was we've done what we had to do to position ourselves for stronger next year. Must admit though, analysts did not seem excited about the company. Got the impression that they're tired of hearing about the future - time to deliver.

One point that really hit me was that I think they said SystemWizard was a little over $4M in the quarter. This means all other business was around 9M - not really growing. Can someone please confirm this? Thanks.
