Jim its my view...(long term...8 year investor in ORCL) that the Oracle share price moves in stages.. its now in the process of moving to a new high.. where it will start to trade in a 0 to -10% range, this will be down to uncertainty over Q2... dont know why..cos Oracle keeps delivering. There is certainly day to day uncertainty over tech stocks in general and these do influence Oracle's price.. it also gets hit when Informix and Sybase take a bath ( and thats really stupid cos the reason that they are down is that they are being creamed by Oracle)

Long term is the best view...you are absolutely right there.
I try to ignore all blips... although its difficult at times when price drops by 10% over 2-3 days. Long Term Long Term.
Keep on delivering Oracle..
Anyone heard rumors of next split?
If pattern of last couple are followed then price will approach 50 and announcement will be made around Dec/Jan... any views?
