Ted, do you see how the French are reacting to millionaires who want to move out the country to avoid the 75% tax rate? They denounce them and call them traitors, greedy, etc.

That's a really stupid way to attract wealth and investment. No entrepreneurial spirit there, except maybe in fashion, wines, and cuisine.
