Hi Adam,

I'd like you to ask about a stock buyback program. I'd like to know why they don't think it a good investment of their cash to buy shares say below $4 which would be at a significant discount to their "fair" market IPO price of $11. What kind of message do they think that sends (rhetorical question)? I think the report showed the # of shares increased by about 30,000 last year. With this low trading volume on the stock, even if they bought 1000 shares back every couple days at the current ask, it would help. They at the very least should buy back the number of shares they diluted.

thanks in advance,
Tom
