I am definately getting weak knees with this one. According to my broker, who talked to Bob Pragg at Liviakis, they have no idea why the stock is so weak. Admittedly, there is still uncertainty in Fairhaven about the outcome of the ENUFF suit. But there is less uncertainty now than there was two weeks ago. The Vermont permit announcement should be out within a week or so. In my experience most stocks go up in anticipation of news like we should be getting. Not this one. Anyone have any idea what's going on? Allan
