Tom what is "update to SE Asia News". A website? Could you give me the address?

In India when people buy companies the largest problem is the employees you get with the purchase price of the companies. You simply can't fire anyone in India. That is the greatest single problem of "privatizing" any of the government-owned enterprises.

Moving on to companies that don't hire workers who strike... what happens is that whole cities and even whole states go on "general strikes". Then, the trains go on strike, the buses, the post office and telephone service workers. It's vacation time!

There are plenty of people who are desperate for jobs in India. India is a great country full of incredibly intelligent, smart people who are, generally, willing to work five-times harder than Americans.

I'd like to know from any of the NRI's in this country (Non Resident Indians), our some of our Green Card people, or naturalized Indians any compelling reasons, time frames, ideas for investing in India.

Any ideas about Malaysia, Thailand?
