NEW INPUTS:

A while back,Shannon Terry's lawyer filed a motion in opposition to the Class Action Lawyer's motion seeking a declaratory judgement against their client. Readers will recall my input that the SEC filed a similar motion against Terry and Melchor. Melchor pleaded guilty and is now in Federal Penitentiary. Terry still not tried-has all his resources available to him with no restriction. The D.C. Federal Court has not ruled on the SEC motion and Terry's counter motion although a few months have now passed since the filing thereof. Wheels of Justice move with glacial speed,I Guess.

The Class Action law firm also filed a motion with the D.C. court seeking a declaratory judgement against Terry. I have a copy of Terry's response to this demand. Anyone who wants copy please e-mail snail mail address and $10.00 to cover reproduction and mailing costs. About 50 pages. Too long to post. Makes for a bit of interesting reading. What It basically claims is I was only a clerk doing what I was told.

OTHER NEWS:
A total of 57 claims from creditor's are now pending in this bankruptcy matter. Amongst them are claims from Luce Forward in SanDiego. They were the lawyers who were pursuing the $57 million dollar law suit against Lightwave and Amos Lewis. This case was dismissed with prejudice by the L.A. Judge. Don't understand how they can claim they are owed anything. They initially took on this case on a contingency basis. Jimmy Christiansen (one of the three principals in ICMX) used his connection to a partner in this firm who is an Annapolis classmate,to influence this law firm to take up this case. When Sexi appeared on the scene I believe the contingency was changed to a for a fee basis. If this be true why the claim. The company records reflect payments to Luce. Another claim has been filed by ICE for goods and services totalling $450,000. My beliefe is that ICE owes the SEXI estate money. But the rawest one,as far as I am concerned,is a claim by Entrepotlik (Colflesh) for about $90,000 for "accounting reviews". I hope to have copies of all the claim files shortly and will be commenting directly to the Court on claims where I have knowledge.

I still say-LOTS MORE TO COME KEEP TUNED
