Look what our enlightened state legislature wants to enact. Who's next? CPA's required to provide discounted (or free?) tax preparation services? Dry cleaners? Hell, why stop there, why not require that restaurants charge patrons on a sliding fee basis and gas stations charge for fuel on a sliding cost basis.
