Those tax laws were written specifically for those scam artists.....with 4 billion you can buy an awful lot of votes...... Of course you can play the off shore game like Gov. "what's his name" did for you guys...he paid 11% on the years he made public..... The hedge fund slicks take eg 20% of a someone's investment as a commission then call it cap gains when they take it out as salary....

And I still don't think options trades are reported on 1099's...still an honor system....
