I would much rather see the CEO buying a 15% stake in the company for sure....as it shows tremendous confidence in it's own company. There was such a situation in GLW in 2002 when the stock was at $1.00 after collapsing from a high of $100 in 2000. The CEO bought 1,000,000 shares at $1 in 2002 and by 2006 the stock was almost $30 (which ended up being the high since then).
I am still confused as to why the cash and accounts receivable equal the long term debt plus accounts payable and yet their debt is lowered to CCC+. I used to be able to pick up the phone and call my New York research department when I had a question like this but can't do that anymore. :(
