Nobody. After 18 months of campaigning with a full belly, the only question will be how many times he ends up in the hospital. Dude can't even get invited to CPAC these days, and that's where the nominee will come from, due to the fact that only activists vote in the primaries.

If Hillary doesn't run, and I don't know if she will, Biden does, unless he shows he's too old. After that, a bunch of governors, and maybe a senator from Mass.
