Re: Vibration problems; Field Support. Si Eng, Two months ago you informed the thread about your experience with laser chamber vibration problems. Could you give us an update? Also, three months ago, in post# 1095, you state "Cymer really needs to work harder at customer service. We have not been too happy with their field support." Are they doing any better? As you are a professional in the field who has personal experience with Cymer products and service, your input to the thread is valued and appreciated. Thank you! diana
