I suppose you could say that, but it would depend on your definition of "well". SyQuest just told you what they expect their SparQ revenue to be for the quarter:

50,000 drives @ $200 retail = $10 million
90,000 disks @ $33 retail = $3 million

Total SparQ @ retail = $13 million

Revenue to SyQuest, assuming cost to resellers is 80% of retail (which is probably high) = $10 million

When you consider that their other products are either mature (with declining revenues), have had recent price cuts, or are being displaced by SparQ, you'll be lucky to see sales flat quarter-to-quarter.

Let's not even think about what their net loss will be...
