Roger, this is what I could find:

On May 1, 1995, Periodico, Inc. (formerly Garner Investments, Inc.) acquired the Company through an exchange of stock. Periodico then changed its name to The Source Company.

Since Periodico had no significant assets or operations at the transaction date, the transaction was accounted for as an issuance of 959,389 shares of common stock by the Company in exchange for the net assets of Periodico, which were recorded at Periodico's cost basis and amounted to $-0- at the transaction date. In addition, the pre-transaction date financial statements of the combined entity are those of the Company.

-From June 22, 1995 until February 12, 1996, the Company's Common Stock was quoted on the Nasdaq OTC Bulletin Board. Beginning on February 12, 1996, the Common Stock was quoted on the Nasdaq SmallCap under the symbol "SORC".
