Do you see VALE as having similar value as AAUKY below $18.00/share. I have BOTH AAUKY and VALE on my buy list. VALE has had some rather large write downs too ( in Brazil). I do not like their exposure in Brazil as the government is not fair to foreign companies. In fact, BG had to take a large write down on one of their Brazilian ventures in part due to Gov issues. I wonder if the currency used for their sales would be better for either company (ie AAUKY and/or VALE). Not sure if they write their contracts in $US but I would stay away from transactions done in the $Real but with loans denominated to be paid back in $US. EKS
