Probably the only example I have of an insider (CEO) buying at the absolute bottom is GLW whose CEO bought at 1.00 and it did not trade one penny below that. Other than that I can't argue with your assessment, but it is something that is in the mix of ingredients that I like to see when looking at a big boy stock (non-pinky)....I certainly do not want to see massive insider selling as was the case with Enron when it was crashing.
