Yes, I also heard from ITC that it's likely to be 30Million fully diluted. I was trying to be ultra conservative with all the numbers. If each value in the calculation are all 50-100% better then the share price could be significantly higher than estimated. The question is: How does the share price develop over time as the project goes through the feasibility stage to actual production over the next 2-3? years. If ITC expects to raise some 40-50 million dollars for capital expenditures by new equity issues not exceeding another 10M shares then at the time of this financing the share price has to be at least in the $4-5 range.
