Its a bitch, but currently atheists and seculars in general are arguably the most persecuted... by Christians and Muslims. The pious like to whine about their plight, while condemning non-believers to hell. Even homosexuals and Jews are now getting some respect, tank Gawd; at least for the moment.

Make a movie or write a book that is critical of The Church or Islam, and you will hear about it, even have your life threatened.

Oh I forgot, original native Americans weren't monotheists; they got some hell from those (gold) loving Christians.
