The lawsuit really does not surprise me any. I am quite annoyed myself that after a strenuous effort to convince everyone to how great this merger will be, and a subsequent dumping of shares by virtually all top management after the road show, NOW management decides that maybe things aren't so hunky-dory after all. Why was the inventory issue not brought to light sooner? The plain truth is that the insiders needed to dump their shares at good prices, before lowering the boom.

That stinks. That is an abuse of shareholder trust, not to mention an abuse of shareholder money. I probably won't join the lawsuit, although I do qualify, but I think Benhamou and the other people in top management have some explaining to do, in re the timing of their dumping vs. when they knew the inventory and sales accounting problems weren't going to fix themselves. At any rate, I'm short in a big way, and sleeping like a baby.
