Maybe Thermedics or Thermo Electron is buying back the stock. Trade sizes were large and small (i.e. 9000shs, 3100shs, 800shs, 100shs,etc...). I talked to Investor Relations and got the expected answer that they still hope for approval by Dec. 31, but it is not guaranteed to happen. As of last week, FDA had not requested any further data. So, December could be volatile. If anyone knows the inner workings of the FDA, they'll have the advantage. If the approval is not granted this month, January could be very painful. I can see the street punishing the stock.
