Yeah. Me too, Dick. I've started thinking that the stock price can hold a lot of this improvement even after the ex div date (whenever that might be). Kumar's promise of more dividend payments to come will be made even more credible by the sale of real estate or spectrum license - something he said he would do.
I think he called it "unlocking hidden value." The company will have about $20 million cash after the distribution and $40 million+ in non core assets still to unload - plenty of money to keep the divies coming.
