None of that's important ... there isn't a uniform in those pictures. The guy closest to the camera has billed cap, flannel shirt and jacket. Next guy has a billed cap, sweater with a white jacket in his lap. Next a lady wearing jeans, winter coat with red sweater under it. Next another guy in a billed hat, winter coat, jeans and boots. Next two women in slacks and winter coats. Next row back, a young guy in a sweater. Then another guy in turtleneck sweater and jacket. Behind him, an older guy in an overcoat and scart. The only "uniform" is people dressed for winter weather. Am getting the idea you're a Niles Crane type snobbish toward people dressed like common people.
