Perfectly put John. Let me say this. I have been in touch with my attorney about this situation. No law suit can be initiated until they come out of bankruptcy. When they do I am on the "A" list. The only thing that can stop me is if this management decides to give shareholders something fair, and I mean fair. I know this mangement team reads this and I am serious. I will not have my 30,000 shares disappear without a fight. This was a company with low long term debt and excellent R&D and had a profitable outlook by my standards looking at the financial picture that "was presented to me." Well, I guess I was duped. In addition, this management team has declared publically that they intended to protect the interests of the shareholders(see my previous posts). I will not walk away holding nothing but my (#$%@). For present STLC management - be forwarned that if Streamlogic shareholders come away holding worthless paper I will hold YOU personally responsible!
