There is nothing on the chart that makes this stock appealing, imo, except for the "possibility" that a double bottom might be made at 5.75ish....but nothing else on the charts confirms that....the Acc/Dis chart is nauseating, and if the stock prints 5.50 then the Point and Figure chart (which currently has counts to zero anyway) will have another break of support, which I was surprised it didn't do yesterday. So for the time being I am waiting for the next shoe to drop, which I believe it will by breaking 5.50 and will sit with 100 shares which I may trade out of in the event that there is a reflex rally. Currently the 20 day sma (middle bollie) is at 7.00 and has been a point of resistance since it topped in January. Part of me doesn't want to be out at this level because I still believe there is the "possibility" of a merger and if "Metales" buys another chunk then it will increase my thoughts in that area. I will watch the insider buying/selling over the next few weeks to see if anyone(s) sells a big chunk of stock...That will be a red flag for me. In the interim our "other" stock is holding up nicely with the "sequester" having arrived ...no sellers for the doomsday folk to take advantage of (thus far)....that's nice to see.
