The reality is everyone can't be an engineer. We will never see 4% "normal" unemployment levels again, and the figure will increase forever. It is a myth, if anything, that automation will NOT increase unemployment. The entire POINT of automation is to increase unemployment. The reality is you just don't need people to stamp out steel components for plows anymore. It is something the world has to deal with.
