the red line mite not mean a thing to you but it means everything to the dow......and to most market observers .....simply put ....its the upper trendline of a very large expanding triangle.....and since expanding triangles are allways continuation patterns you will see it penetrated then tested from above then the epicenter of primary wave 3 up will commence.....the same thing happend in the 90s.....the upper trendline of a 10 year spando was penetrated and tested from above which launched the dow to the 2000 hi.....tripled in value
