Coincidence that Carl did the offering on IEP today? NOT -- he just wrote a check for $506m to exercise the HLF calls early. He now has clearance to complete his opening 25% position. News came out after the close. HLF ready to rip next week as Carl has likely already told the dealer delivering the stock to pull the borrow on all 14 % on the shares he now owns. A lot more of the borrow will become unavailable next week if he buys more. Might want to get out of the way soon, ya don't want to get steamrolled. Also some speculation Carl is messing with JCP bonds. Professor Carl about to teach Billy boy a lesson.
