Nonsense. Where in the proposed order is there a finding that fraud occurred? That's right, nowhere. You are making it up. Under the proposed order, the parties are waiving their rights to both factual findings and conclusions of law, and the order itself contains no such findings. Got a link that says a judge's approval of a settlement constitutes a finding in favor of one party to the settlement? Of course you do not.

Nonsense again. Where in the settlement documents does it state the language you have quoted? That's right, nowhere. You are again making it up. Or more precisely, you are quoting from the Complaint, but then misrepresenting that it is the "settlement that says" that language.
