I'd guess Macy's wins big, possibly $50 million and an injunction.

But the Chief Financial Officer's comment that "Penney's troubles 'obviously helped us in 2012' " could limit any award.

If JCP loses, the board would look to terminate Johnson and JCP could tank. Or would it react as GRPN did Friday?
