Gary and all RAPT: I am long the stock and expect there will be someone that will not miss the great opportunity of buying a great line of products with strategic importance in this explosive growth industry. Given the short supply of talented developers, the buyer will also get some of these as part of the deal. IMO one should never sell a stock that is part of a take over deal[i sold Amati and MCI and now deply regret it!]. Particularly if the deal is at the ridiculusly low price given by today's axnt price. I will vote agaist the merger if we get to having to do so.
