Hi Nick, I know you always listen to NN conference call. I just want if you can remember on the confrenec call last year when NN acquired UB network. I think Paul(CEO of NN) mention at that time the breakeven point for UB is aroud $75 million of sales. With yesterday NN announcement of laying off of about 280 people at UB and assuming a salary of $60K with benfit, they will realize a future saving of about 17 million. UB sales in last Q is 50 million. UB will be at a small loss even with current sales of 50 millions going forward. Of course there will be some severence pay charge off for the quarter. But at least they might be out of the wood even if they could not found a buyer for UB. any comment on this ? Greg Wai
