Hey, Slowmo -- I was indeed taking a week off to visit family in California -- just in time to miss last week's huge snow storm in my area. I think I was suffering from metals fatigue, anyhow.

The one bright spot in this whole take-down schnozzle is Goldman's call for $1,200 gold. That by itself is almost a guarantee gold's going to at least double that.... just as soon as we find a bottom. I know it's around here someplace.

I trust everyone has their crash helmets on and holding tight.
